Who are we and what do we do?
We are a family-run firm providing better quality water. We also sell and service water softeners, as well as providing tablet, block and granular salt, filters and plumbing parts. We offer a delivery service, throughout our local area.
We have been in the water treatment business for over 25 years. Our main activities centre around domestic water supplies, but we also have many commercial customers.
Our installers are WRAS approved and will gladly provide approved certification for all our installations.
For customers on mains water, for example water supplied by Wessex Water, our main purpose is to either remove limescale or chlorine, but some customers have problems with lead pipes and we can also filter this out.
Some of our rural customers have private water supplies, usually from boreholes. We can remove limescale and also advise on iron removal, ph correction and treatment of magnesium, lead, bacteria, etc.
Our main supplier is Kinetico, who are one of the most experienced companies in this field, having started trading in 1970. They are renowned for providing high quality equipment, with worthwhile guarantees and proven reliability. We are their local authorised dealership, dealer number 121008, covering much of Dorset and Somerset. We offer a comprehensive back-up facility, which gives our customers peace of mind. We also service most makes of water softener and happily give free advice and offer home demonstrations.
We have a shop and showroom, within our industrial unit, and we welcome visitors between the hours of 9-1 and 2-5, Monday to Friday.
